2. Buyer issues icpo or returns signed fco
3. Seller sends draft contract duly signed, stamped and sealed to buyer
4. Buyer returns contract to the seller duly signed, sealed and stamped
5. Hard contract copies are exchange and signed.
6. Seller issues proof of product 5 banking days after reciving pof(nonoperative lc)
7. Seller issues 2 % performance bond to activate lc
